I sell books on Ebay. My store clearly states, all Paypal payments must be made in one combined payment.

In the last week, I've had 2 people who bought over 20 books each and now when they go into Pay for this on Ebay, it only shows the first 20 items. To pay for more than 20 you have to make two payments. (From the Ebay site, I know they can go to Paypal and make a payement directly from there.)

Do I have something set up wrong on Ebay and can it be changed so that a buyer will see everything they purchase, no matter how many?

I would love the answer on this too, it has been a MAJOR pain for me, it is not uncommon for me to sell more than 20 items to someone, seems to happen once a week. I once had one guy buy over 100 items, what a nightmare to invoice!
