I just spent the last 45 minutes on PayPal and had no problems at all.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

I just received an email saying PP has updated its policies but you have to log in to see what they are. I haven't gone there yet. Maybe their sight is being rushed this AM with users checking out the news.

I had trouble earlier, but just kept going back every little bit and it finally worked.

even though you get the error message....check to see if "log out" is at top...then hit the MY ACCOUNT....probably have to change your "favorite" if that is what you are using to get to the "log in" page...worked fine that way..switched to the "new home page" as the favorite...

This past week has been a vicious circle of problems. First, I couldn't access my Stamps.com account properly because they were having problems interfacing with Cable Internet users (me). So I gave up for the day. The following day, I couldn't access the internet at all because Comcast has problems for several hours. This morning I couldn't access Paypal for awhile because they were down. I also ran out of Priority Mail packages and limbo as to when to expect them. 3 weeks since I placed the order and they confirmed it. My fault for not ordering them sooner I suppose.

The comedy of errors to get shipments out this week has been pretty frustrating.
