I want to use my own image host for photos, but I can't find any place to insert my picture links in Sales Manger Pro.

I looked at the online sales manager, couldn't find any place there either.

I could use HTML and create my own link, but then I won't have a picture icon next to my ebay listing.

Where is the image link box hiding?

I don't think it's hiding, it doesn't exist on Vendio. The only way I can think to use your pics from another host and get the photo icon is to list directly on Ebay. The html method is the only way I know to do it from Vendio.

I was afraid that would be the answer.

I'm fairly sure, at one time, the option did exist.

The thing I like about Vendio is that there's a workaround for virtually any problem you encounter with listing. It's possible you may be able to do it, but I don't know for sure how it would be done. Have you posed this question over in the sales manager and image hosting forum? Someone over there may know.

You can insert a generic photo such as a logo in the space on Vendio. That way the camera icon will show up on the auction listing.

Then, insert the <img src=yourhosturl/image1.jpg>

Using your img host url where indicated and your image name for image1, into the item description where you want the image to go...at the top, bottom, center etc.

It's not ideal, but it is the only way I know to get the photo icon so people know a photo is included in the listing.

You could just put a jpg saying: "See photo in description" also. I do that when I have a click photo gallery included for more than 4 pics.

If you have it in a file on your computer, you should be able to upload it into Vendio by going into Image Hosting & go to browse, then look in the file you have stored it.

lindajean, thanks for the great work around.

I'll give it a try and see how it works.
