Used to before the New My Ebay, If I had a buyer purchase more than one item, I could send them a combined invoice. Now I don't have that option anymore. I have gone to my preferences and did what the "help" section said and still no option for combining invoices.

I have never had a problem. In the past week I had 4 multi sales, no problem combining invoices.

I just did combine 2 auctins won. All I did was click on one of the "Send Invoice" buttons and the other item was there and just needed checked.

Last week I had one that I could not get the other item the bidder won to give me the option for a combined invoice. I went to the second item and I was able to combine invoice from that auction.

If the buyer has used the ebay checkout on each transaction you are no longer able to combine. I have had this happen and there is nothing you can do about it but send a manual invoice - if they go to PP "Items I have won" they should be able to pay in one transaction.

There is also a problem that I'm having with combining. I sell paperback books and ebay will only combine 20 items. If someone buys 21 or more and goes to the pay for this item, it will only show the first 20.
It's the same if I try to invoice. Only 20 will appear at the same time.
This is getting to be a real problem, as most people assume everything is listed on the page.
Since I list my combined shipping prices, they add that themselves and then I usually end up having to deal with $.75 or $1.50 short, because one or two books wasn't included in ebay's list.
I refund the paypal payment and send a new invoice, but I worry that the buyer may think I'm trying to cheat them somehow, even though I explain.
Very Frustrating.
