About a month ago I received an e-mail from E-bay saying that my account was overdue. I checked it out and my cr.card had expired. So I decided to automatically pay with my checking account. Entered all the info and thought everything was fine. Tonight I get another e-mail saying my account is overdue. Checked it out and they have my checking acct info but it says my account is overdue again. Can anyone tell me what might be happening here and how do I correct it. I guess I need to call them. I looked around for a tel # but can't find one. Also, does anyone use this Toolbar? I tried to download it and it wouuldn't go through.

Why on earth would you ever give your checking account number? There is no way in he-- I would ever dream of doing that.
In your case, why don't you update your credit card. But make sure you do in directly in ebay and not from a link in your e-mail. http://www.rense.com/general51/dump.htm

I din't give my checking accout # in an e-mail. I went to my account to check if there was a problem and discovered there that my credit card had just expired and I either needed to update the credit card or directly pay with my checking acct. It was the official secure E-bay site. Since I posted here I have e-mailed E-bay. Hopefully I will get an answer.

Did you enter it as Auto pay, or as a one time payment.
Auto pay may not go into effect till next billing cycle.
As a one time payment you may have not actually made the payment thinking it would be done automatically.
