Oh,,,,,,,BTW, I did one sale (so far)on Craigslist,,,,,,,$400.00.......Not bad. For One deal..Many others will come. Ya just gotta know how ta SIFT the soil,,,,,,,,there IS Gold there. Good LUCK.......

A friend of mine just called to say he had sold his house. Put it on Cragslist just to seee what would happen and sold it right away.
