I sent a 2nd chance offer to one of my customers. She didn't purchase it. I received an e-mail today saying that she was having trouble with her spam mailbox and would like to purchase the item. I tried to send the 2nd chance offer again, but Ebay won't let me saying that it was already sent once. How can I do this so that my customer can purchase this item? Thanks.

I've had this happen to me too. If the customer feels comfortable, I have just made the sale outside of ebay. If they want it within ebay, I offer to put it in my store for purchase.

Hi Bizzy, I had the exact situation a couple of weeks ago. I re-listed with BIN, and let her know as soon as it was listed, and she bid on it.

Why don't you just contact her directly? Just click the reply button on the e-mail she sent you, and send her the purchase info directly to her e-mail from yours.
And take it from there.
