Good Morning
I looked at my auction pictures and they all are fuzzy. My pictures when I edit them are beautiful. They are not showing up clear in my auctions. I use compuserve could that be a problem? My photo's are taken with a sony Mavica CD350 with no problems. How can I fix this?

Compuserve is the same as AOL. By default, it will compress images to make them load faster. This will cause an already compressed .jpg image to be blurry. You need to go into your CS settings and uncheck the box that says "compress images" or something similar.

Check your battery--I have a 400 and have to buy a new battery every 6 months or so. If it seems slower than usual and takes longer to focus I get a new battery and that takes care of it

Annelika..On AOL you would click on "settings" on the toolbar, then select internet (web) options, then select the tab that says "AOL" browser. It should be very similar on CS. The browser tab will take you to a page where you have the option to always compress graphics or to never compress graphics. The default is to always compress graphics. You want select never compress.
