I just read a thread from micmic66 where eBay profits just paid for a new snowmobile for an early Xmas gift.
So that brought up a fun question: What great item(s) have eBay funds afforded you? Mine is a biggie...eBay profits are funding a 36 ft. Class A Motorhome (it is currently sitting in my driveway for the entire winter because RV season is over in Maine). So without eBay, we wouldn't have it.
So, what toys do your eBay profits pay for?

Good going CTA!
I hope to be RV ready once Ebay helps me clean out my garage, storage shed and multiple closets.
For me , it is not about what I can buy with Ebay profits. It is all about what I canget rid of with the least emotional pain, lol.
I'm a hopeless packrat and getting $$$ for my stuff makes it easier to clean house, lol.

Personally, I am buying a retirement. In the past year, I purchased an investment property (duplex) and I have been fully funding our ROTH IRA's and contributing a lot to a SEP. I did splurge and purchased a new Ford Explorer, it is nice to have a SUV for those big post office trips. I'll probably take a summer vacation, not sure where yet. Last summer was Alaska. Because of ebay at least for me, life is good!

Besides my new Ski-Doo, ebay has afforded me the pleasure of NEVER EVER working part time for anyone ever again. I spend 7-8hrs a week hitting 12-20 garegae sales, packing & shipping and make far more loot than I ever maid working at the "Instant Oil Change" "Pizza Hut" or anywhere else. I am my boss now and that is the way it will stay!

Paying 100% of my personal bills and partially funding some of a University education.
For Xmas, I might splurge on either a PDA or satellite radio if I can find one that works the way I want.

Last year I was able to pay off 3 credit cards and close the accounts!
My daughter graduated from college last May and I was financially able to help her out when needed. (She also held two part-time job while in school!)
But I would, by no means, be able to quit my full-time job.
ltray- I could probably sell just from my house for years! I still have some of my clothes from the 70's...lol! We also used to have a B&M store, so I have crates of stuff from there to list and we just remodeled, so nothing I have really goes, yet I can't part with it!

I know how you feel TerryAnn. Much of what I am selling now has been packed away for over 12 years and yet I want to keep it. Who knows, one of these days when I build that dream house, it might all fit, right?
Nah, ain't gonna happen! So I am finally starting to part with it.

I bought my time back.
Quit my day job almost a year ago. Full time dad now. woohoo!
We've been all over the U.S. this summer, life is like a constant vacation. My wife just finished her bachelors this spring... she is a very educated full time mom now.

I bought all new appliances and forced air heating system for my house.
Well, except for the stove. That antique's never gonna go! Makes such wonderful aebleskiver. I'm going to have the top and burners re-porcelained this year, thanks to eBay.

What great responses! Glad to hear some people are making a good living doing eBay. Especially classicrock. God knows...we have to put up with some real winners, but it sure beats working for someone else doesn't it?

Niner-you might want to check into a LCD screen-I have heard recently that plasma screens have a high repair rate.

It pays for my extras.
I took the kids out to see their Grandparents twice in Oregon over the past two years. Quite the ordeal when you consider where they live, you have to take one of those taridactle planes like on the Flintstones to get there.
