When did eBay start charging 1.5% (monthly!) on account balances?!?
eBay requires payment in full each month on accounts with balances of $1.00 or more. You will be billed a late payment charge of 1.5% of the balance past due...

It's been going for a while now.
I think they should pay interest for the credits you don't get until you resell.

I agree about Ebay paying us a fee for billing us late, because this month on my statement I received two bills, one for 400.00 and one for 225.00, naturally this was a wake up call, better then my first cup of coffee.........lol
Well good thing I went into my account to check what was going on, and it was the most confusing bill I have ever seen.
Back in July I listed in Ebay motors and by mistake I listed in the feature auction section, well I was charged 99.00 and 40.00 for listing a 6.99 boat propeller, good thing I saw this right away. I stopped my auction and called ebay and they noticed that It was a mistake since I stopped the auction real quick they said I could receive a credit for the 99.00 and 40.00. Ok all was good again.
Now I go to list the propeller again but this time I was very very careful, and it didn't sell the first time out, so I re-listed it from this listing and it did sell this time. Well not until this billing did I see that ebay charged me 99.00 and 40.00 again for re-listing this item.
How did this happen????? and this was back in August, I just never went to check out my invoice until I got this 700.00 bill.
Well, I called them and emailed them of the error that was on my bill, it took 5 emails, and my explaining the problem of what happened, finally they gave me a credit of the 99.00 and 40.00, because I told them I have sold many Cars in ebay motors and never have I used a featured auction listing, so why would I use it for a 6.99 propeller????.
I was determined to get a credit if it took me forever because it was a glich in there program so why should I have to pay all that money,
We sellers work hard for what we get and its not right for charges to be taken just for the hell of it.
I was happy with the results, and warned by ebay to double check my auction listing charges before hitting the submit button.........which you can not do from Vendio...........you need to wait to receive the email from ebay with the charges for the listing.
Sorry this was so long, but there was no short way to explain this.
