I am a newbie to this and I am trying to set up a listing to go out tonight. I have a question about payment options. I selected the "pay Pal" option. But when I preview the page it also has the "western Union" logo. How do I NOT include that? PLEASE HELP ASAP! Thank you!

Go into: My Account,Global preferances, and set items the way you want them to show all the time.

Okay...thank you for the reply....If I do that will it save the page that I've already begun the listing on or will I have to start all over again?

It should default for any new auctions.
Don't think it will change any previously listed items.
You will need to revise them.

You got me there, I generally don't play with those.
Someone else will be able to help you there.

If There is anyone out there who can help me with this I'd be very grateful...I also need help with 'Templates'. I cannot seem to use any other templates but the standard ones. I don't know how to 'save' a graphic one. HELP!

If your in the middle of a listing and you go to another area your auction will default to the pending area in sales manager.

Doing templates is rather easy. You can't change anything on a template with a star in front of it. To go a template without a star then click revise template. that is right below where the templates are. There you should beable to change the template you are using to the one you want. Just follow the directions on the template where is says change item description etc. The template will be on the right and the boxes on the left is where you change things. You can change any part of that template. When you have done all that you want there is a review button down in the lower left click that and you will see your finished template. If you like that one then go to the right lower corner name your template then click save. Now go back to you auction page and in the box where the templates are the one you did should be on the top. Help anyone, did I leave anything out? It's hard to explain when you don't have the page in front of you. Good Luck

Libra,
You are awesome! Thank you so much!! I believe I found my biggest problem. I am a MAC user and using 'Safari". Safari does not allow certain functions on the templates page. I switched over to Internet Explorer and it seems to be working! This is a bit complicated for a rookie like myself! I do have 1 more question tho. If I have created a new listing, including pic's etc. And saved it using a vendio basic template can I now go back and change it to a custom one without having to re-type all the info.? Thanks Again

I think so. When you go to relist you will beable to edit your auction.
Your auction to relist is in the sold area. Check the box and click relist. From there is goes to an area just before you launch and you can see that. Well way to the left there is an edit word. Click the edit and then......

Then you should beable to change templates if you wish. I think I did that around thanksgiving last year. I had auctions on with a thanksgiving template and I did a relist with the christmas one. Good Luck

Sorry I was so late I was babysitting my grandchild.
