Hi Everyone!
Ever since PayPal's "upgrade" I've been inundated by people that can't enter "free" shipping on my auctions... if they click the Vendio Checkout link it works fine... (i.e. they can enter zero for shipping)... Anyone have a clue as to what is the issue with eBay or PayPal's checkout?? I'm being buried by questions!! Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!
Sincerely,
Steve

shodgin, ebay's checkout never lets ME adjust the s/h to $0.00 either ... it forces me to put at least $.01 there ... maybe you can change to just charging a penny for shipping.

I just did a BIN and could not get Ebay checkout to get past the shipping screen. (item had free shipping). I gladly put 1 cent in the shipping field just to complete the transaction.

Thanks everyone!
Maybe eBay changed something to require an amount be put in? I know it's only a penny, but I advertise FREE shipping... and it's worked fine up to about a week ago!
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Same problem, seems a week can't go by without Meg breaking something. I think the motto at eBay and Paypal is:
" If its not broke.... BREAK IT IMMEDIATELY!"

When will people learn. Dump the check out. Buyers hate it. This might be part of the reason that ebay sales are down this year. Way too many hoops for buyers to jump through.

I haven't used checkout for a long time. It seems like buyers don't like it. I just send an invoice & that workd OK.
