I just received a question for seller telling me that my font was "absolutely unreadable" in this auction. I realize that caps are not desirable but TOUGH I use them in all my listings because my typing stinks and I always have trouble changing case) and have had some success in selling...does anyone see a weird font in this auction?:

Are there font glitches at work?

It looked fine to me. I've looked at some of your other listings from time to time and this one didn't seem any different than the others.

Looked fine to me too. I think a lot of people are turned off by a description in all CAPS, but the way you have yours set up with centered paragraphs, it's easy to read. It's just those who cram a bunch of paragraphs together and have a very long description in all caps, that's when it's tough to read it.

I looked at some of your store postcards and even found one on Exchange Street in Bangor, Maine - right up the street from my office/shop. Amazing! You aren't from the Twin Cities in Maine are you?

Thanks for input - the buyer must have his browser text settings large or small or maybe just a crank about the caps.

Nah cta - I am from Viking-land - Twin Cities Minneapolis/St. Paul but I love Maine postcards!

I just went in on AOL and it looked OK to me. Looks fine on Internet Explorer and Firefox also.

Went and looked, I think its fine. Probably a problem with their computer. My Mom messed with hers trying to get the screen not so bright and she ended up with a mess, I had to go over and do a recovery for her to get it straight. Oh well!

tomwiii - Yep Maine has them too. The Twin Cities are Bangor/Brewer. It was kind of a joke really! But they really do call it that. Has Ralphie spent any time in Maine? I think he and my poodle would get along famously, she likes to beat up Boston terriers. She doesn't like their funny accents.

Only problem I see is because of the picture size, I have to scroll from side to side to read the description.

Tis only 800 x 500 -- large, but hardly too large...

No scrolling here

Veeeery nicely laid-out...

For some reason Neglus - the links in Retracted Bid emails seems to always go to a chinese auction. Someone else missed a few heartbeats about it a couple weeks ago. Ebay just wants to keep us on it's toes.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?
