Does anyone know of a way to get "Around", the (10)" multiple listing at one time policy on Ebay?
Can I use both the "Auction Format and Fixed Priced Listing Format", to get around this no so very "Black And White", policy.
I was thinking about using just the BIN feature, however the search results populated for strictly BIN, are not as good.
Recently Ebay "Pulled 70%", of my listings after some "Snitch", reported me for violating the "Multiple Listings Policy". Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?

Fixed Price ain't limited to 10 like-items!

Only AUCTION format listings have that rule...

So the "Mixed Price Format", is not subject to the same rules as the stricktly acution Format? What happen when someone bids on one of my acutions and the BIN feature is no longer present?
I'll tell you what happens, some little freaking weasle/snitch/scumbag....reports a listing violation to Ebay and they once again act as judge, jury, and executioner and yank all my adds.....

There tain't no "MIXED-PRICE FORMAT" -- there IS the:

FIXED PRICE FORMAT in which you list the item at a FIXED PRICE (IOW: BIN, but NO auction)

You can list 1 to as many as you please with FIXED-PRICE & it will keep selling them until ya run out of time (7 days; 10 days; etc)

What you were snitched for I haven't the foggiest -- ya need to describe the circumstances a little more extensively...

Yes There IS, You can use both the BIN feature and Auction format. Please Read:

Online Auction Format

When you choose the Buy It Now option on Online Auction Listings (available for single quantity only), your item has two ways to sell.

* If a buyer is willing to meet your Buy It Now price before the first bid comes in, your item sells instantly and your auction ends.
* OR, if a bid comes in first, the Buy It Now option disappears. Then your auction proceeds normally. (In Reserve Price Auctions, Buy It Now disappears after the first bid that meets the reserve.)

If you want both Auction and BIN.

You should put a quanity in Dutch auctions.
And a quanity in Fixed Price.

You will then be able to sell as many as you like while only paying for 2/two listings!

Yeah, but what that got to do with listing more than 10 items with FIXED-PRICE FORMAT??

AUCTIONS, whether NON-BIN, or BIN do have a 10 item limit -- use DUTCH if you need more...

FIXED-PRICE Format has NO such limit...

If ya want to list 100 items at same price, use FIXED-PRICE -- works great fur me-n-Ralphie...
