because I don't feel like wading through my etiquette book or pages on ebay....

if you display a place setting of china, what's the correct way?

Plate then bread plate on top of that and bowl on top of that then cup and saucer off to the side?

Or stack them all? Plate/bread plate/saucer/bowl/cup?

Or does it make any difference?

1) Big Mac on paper bag in center.

2) French fries on top.

3) Ketchup cup on right.

4) Coca-Cola on left.

5) Napkin in shirt collar.

i spit my two buck.

i wanted to take a picture of the mcdonalds I actually overlook from where i sit here at the computer but it was too dark already. i could show you the red and yellow glow.
