...please.
I took a picture of our tree to send my sister and started to wonder how other eBay Outlookers had decorated their trees or their houses.
In the past, in spite of the sticker shock as the price went up every year, I steadfastly insisted on a real cut tree. This year I finally gave up the fight to find one that is not already shedding its needles the day we bought it and turned into a fire hazard as soon as it went up. We bought a Martha Steward (support your favorite felon) tree on sale at Kmart. I expected to be disappointed but I found that I really liked it once it was decorated. We do a theme tree with ornaments and toys of cameras, computers, and toasters. Some of them were bought on eBay. (Now the thread is related.)
(edited 12/24 - bummer my server seems to be down. I can see my picture when I ftp to the site but it does not show. What is the change of getting help from my ISP on Christmas eve?)
(edited 15 minutes later and it is back!)
I would enjoy seeing how others decorated their tree if you care to share.
Hope you all have a great Christmas (or other holiday if appropriate) and a wonderful new year!

lol be careful whatcha ask for....heres my pitiful fiber optic tree that the boss has flipped over about 20 times now lol and he has also learned how to turn on the bedroom light and is doing it quit often...nuttin like the light coming on a 4 AM in the morning...I'd put up the 7 footer but he'd be at the top of it before I could string the lights.

I'm not much of a Christmas decorating person - I hope someday I'm different. We just put our tree up last night. I put the tree up and my daughter decorated it.
Sorry for the poor picture, my digi isn't that great! But here's our pitiful tree!

I just got a new apartment this month, I only just moved in two weeks ago. I wanted a spare bedroom and storage room for my eBay office. That room is still a little bare, but the living room's done.
I always put the tree up at the store and skipped it at home... Not this time! This was my first year EVER to not to have to deal with a retail store, so I had way more decorating stuff than any normal person should have.

I just noticed what else shows up in that picture. I've got a whole bookshelf full of SOFTWARE in the living room [to the left of the tree].
How geeky is THAT!
The only way you can out-geek me is to actually recognize several titles off the shelf

From this nice, Jewish girl I'd like to say .... Your trees are gorgeous!!
You can tell that the same creativity you put into your ebay auctions has gone into your beautiful trees and homes. Thanks so much for sharing them here!
