hello, My name is Luta Constantin and i`m from Constantana,Romania.Recently i registered on eBay to sell my products because i have a store and intend to sell outside my country. I contact you because i have a big problem.I`ve notice that everyone from eBay community accept payments thru paypal. i try to open an account to, but it was impossible,i can not fin my country on the paypal website. i contact eBay 'live' talk with them but they can`t help me with this. I decide to ask some serious seller from eBay community to help me with my problem. First of all..i don`t need you paypal account,i only want you to let me to put my buyers to send theire payments into your paypal account. You will not do this for free,i offer you 10-15% from my profit for your services. Your Job is simple, all you have to do is to accept payments from my buyers and after that send the payment to me. i would be very greatfuly if you take my email seriosly and help me with this. Thank you in advance! Looking forwoard to hearing from you
! Sincerly, luta constantin

It is in line with the bidders that are buying items and then asking you to send them the balance of the funds paid. Talk about unsafe for the seller on both ends.
