HELP! Well, as a vendio subscriber of a whole week now, I've figured out several things...on my own and with y'all's help...but I just ran into a major concrete wall and need more help ASAP. Please! I've read info re: Vendio checkout, but I'm still very confused. Looks to me like my customers are going to have to type in item number(s), list my ID, blah, blah on vendio's checkout page. Ummm...ARE THEY NUTS?!? I've been a seller on eBay for 2-1/2 years and have ONLY used Seller's Assistant (eBay) listing service. Well my first auctions with vendio have closed. One of my customers won 2 vendio-listed auctions and then purchased an eBay-listed item from my store. Only 2 of the 3 items are showing up...both on eBay's invoicing and on PayPal. I noticed something that I can turn on where I (re)direct my customers to use the vendio checkout...but I am NOT going to do that if my customers have to type in all that stuff. That's just not right. OTOH, if purchased items aren't showing up.....ACK! Can somebody please help me out here re: what I can do as I make this transition (that's probably going to take me a couple of months...I have 400+ items). Do I HAVE to use vendio's checkout system? (Please tell me no.) Thanks so much!

Mary - I don't use Vendio checkout (I use everything else Vendio including post-sale management). I manually send the ebay invoice (I have been sending an automatic one through PayPal too but it looks like that soon will be discontinued). You can "turn off" the Vendio WBN and checkout in your post-sale preferences.

I just use Vendio image hosting and Ebay listing, no checkout or post-sale goodies. It's been at least 4 years now. No, you do NOT have to use any of the bells and whistles.

I do have Vendio's WBN going out automatically upon an auctions close...however....I've altered it to say something like...
This is an automatic message...blah blah
If you've already paid....blah blah...thank you....
I will be sending an invoice through E-bay shortly....blah, blah...
About 10% still go ahead and use the checkout but most just pay from the ebay invoice.
