From tonight's TAGnotes: "In January, ebaY is going to stop sending the PayPal winning bidder
notifications."

I don't use that method anyway, but I wonder if it'll inconvenience some sellers. . . . Am I the last to hear about this?

I read about it on one of ebays auto emails to me. Didn't think much of it because their auto end of auction emails haven't been a problem with me or my customers. Sign up for the ebay daily emails, or go to their announcements site to keep up on the latest (sometimes boring) news.

I have paypal send the buyer the EOA emails, so the only difference now is that all the information that was in the paypal email will be combined with the EOA Email from Ebay, it's just one email the buyer will receive instead of two now.
