cantwin: Yes, NJ is expensive. I have a Drop Center in Millburn and another (soon to be closed) in Livingston.

If you mean net as gross sales less eBay, PayPal, and shipping costs, yes we'll easily exceed $100k. But, then there are those pesky consignors who seem to want a part of the proceeds, and the landlord (nice guy, but he's always there on the first of the month), and those people who come by to help during the week (they seem to want money afterwards!).

cantwin, where are you in NJ?

My goal is 100000 net. Last year I netted $5,400, but hey, keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars, as the philosopher Casey Kasem says.

I would need more hours or more employees to do that, something I have been thinking about. There are advantages and disadvantages to expansion, thinking them all through.

cantwin,

Livingston is great for merchandise, but with an impending change in management at the company, it will be too much for me to manage two stores.

If you want to converse, please email me at cdohrn*@*comcast*.*net (take out *s). I need some help in Millburn

Well, back in the good old days of 1998 and 1999 I easily cleared 100k on ebay alone. Now I just trudge along at the sub-poverty level. Who needs gobs of $$$$ anyways??????
