My auctions have all expired and I haven't really done much here in the past month,,

As a fully addicted ebayer, I must admit this is kind of nice. The only emails I recieve now are for Penis Enlargment, Generic Prescriptions, Paypal/Ebay acct Info, Cheating Wive's and Mortgages.

No Questions about something clearly noted in description, no questions regarding shipping progress, ect, ect, ect. I think I am starting to like this!!

Be carefull I did that last May. It took me untill October to get started again. That was my first break from eBay in 5 years and I am going to do it again this year.

I know what you mean. I shut down everything on Dec. 14th and if it weren't for the ten cent day, I'd probably still be off.

It's really amazing how fast things stop without eBay. I was getting emails and payments for a couple of days, then nothing. It was great. I do sell on other sites, but I didn't realize just how BUSY eBay keeps me.

And you know what? I got more stuff listed (scanned and typed into my auction service, not actually ON eBay yet) in the past two weeks than at any time I can remember. Hundreds of items!

I am seriously thinking I may have to start scheduling two week breaks throughout the year, just so I can get more work done

I will run my first auctions since Thanksgiving tonight. During my "break" I still had about 700 store sales, so it isn't completely a break. Still, not processing auctions is nice, and I was on vacation for a couple of the weeks. Next week at this time I will be going nuts, but I always look forward to getting back into full time work mode. I do have times during the year that I will take a week off from running an auction to give me a chance to catch my breath, but I don't think I will be doing that til March.

Hey Tom, when THIS stuff comes out it'll make all those old ads obsolete!

MEDIC ALERT Pfizer Corp. announced today

that VIAGRA will soon be available in liquid form and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as a mixer.

It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one.

Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink, and it gives new meaning to the names of "cocktails", "highballs" and just a good old
fashioned "stiff drink".

Pepsi will market the new concoction by the name of, Yep, you guessed it, "MOUNT & DO

I'm sending this to a buddy that loves Mountain Dew!

BTW, he got a call from an eBay representative to let him know about the 10 cent listing day and asking why he hadn't listed in a while. His answer? He was tired of paying them 50 dollars to net 40 dollars. The caller suddenly had other calls to make. My bud tried to kick himself for not asking her to close his account as long as he had a feebay rep on the line....

The tranquility is indeed nice. I also skipped 10 cent day. I figured that with all the listings, and people being tapped out from the holidays, it problably wouldn't be worth it.

I'll problably start my next round of items on Overstock or Yahoo.

I'd hold off another week or two on that Yahoo plan...

I'm in no hurry to list on Yahoo. But right now, 6 listings on Yahoo for 5 cents each is sounding a lot better than 1 listing on eBay for 30 cents.

Maybe I'll even wander over to Amazon. I know their auction site has fallen of the map, but their stores might be worth a try.

Tomwii -- Please explain how scales are considered Swedish Marital Aids? Is it needed to measure out exactly the right amount of personal lubricant or what? Yes, I had to click on the link in your posting.

micmic66,
Please can you let us know the answer to the question that we all are wondering. Did you get the penis enlargement and try it out on one of those cheating wives?

Steve,
I would wait a week or two before relisting on Yahoo. They traditionally have their FLD about two weeks after ebay does theres. It should be right around the corner.
