I listed a Red Ryder BB gun (air rifle), it was pulled by eBay. There are other air rifles listed. This is not a firearm. What is the rule?

BB Guns, Replicas, Blank Guns and Imitation Guns:
eBay does not permit the sale of BB guns, air guns, black powder guns or muzzle-loader guns. eBay permits paintball guns, "airsoft" guns, and replica, "look-alike," and imitation firearms under certain circumstances. "Airsoft" and replica look-alike guns may only be sold domestically in the United States provided the replica and imitation items have clear markings permanently affixed to the items to the extent required by federal law (commonly a blaze orange plug inserted in the barrel), and must not be readily convertible to shoot a projectile. These items must be located in the U.S., offered only for domestic shipment and the seller must be located in the U.S. These rules apply to all items designed to look like firearms.

You mean to tell me that after all of the work I have put into finding a US based fulfillment company that I can use to ship from the US after I leave the country and I can't sell my blaze orange psudo uzis?

I sold a lot of BB guns on eBay before they banned them about 4 years ago. Most BB gun sellers and buyers went to Yahoo and listed under toy cap guns and Hunting other. I am not sure if they still list there or not.
