This is a crock. Their "wonderful" speedy (HAH) dispute system is supposed to be faster and more efficient than the old way. I beg to differ. I still have had to wait 7 days after auction closed to even file a dispute because the bidder either refused to abide by my TOS or didnt reply to any emails I had sent. Now I have to wait, what? 10 days after that to get these FVFs credited? am I missing something here?
Ok, I admit, it's been a long day and I'm tired but this is really something!

I am beginning to see that the only ones who will benefit from this procedure are the bidders. It'll just made ripping you off that much easier. I don't know how eBay thinks this will make dispute resolution better. The only thing I see is it being a way for eBay to dictate how you run your business and will make it easier for eBay to stick their noses into the middle of it. I'm also beginning to think that whoever was the brain-child of this should have their brain extracted and sold on eBay for research because I sure can't figure out what they were thinking.
