I think Norton has a thing for eBay. A while back it took me aboout 45 seconds to access an eBay page. After I was on eBay it then took about 25 second per page. Ebay was the only site I ever had trouble with. I disabled the Norton firewall and now use the Windows firewall.

I haven't been able to use Ask Seller a Question for weeks now. When I click on it, it stalls my browser and then freezes it and i have to reboot. I don't have Norton though so that's not my problem.

I have Norton AV on both my PC & laptop & have never had a problem. Maybe it is your ISP.
