Not sure if it's true but the way the new fee change was announced, the new store FVF will go in to effect at the renewal of store listings. GTC listings renew every month...but the 120 day listings will renew in June..I am not sure that ebay has confirmed it but here is a link to the store thread about it...

Their wording was store items listed on or after the 18th will get the new rate.
That doesn't say posted on th 18th. If I launch something today, it'll still be LISTED on or after the 18th.
I think the posters on that thread are desperately grasping at straws.

We may well be closing our store - we have done well, but I don't see that this great of an increase is either reasonable or necessary, and I'll be watching here to see how others are going to deal with the huge increase in the eBay Stores, and see what they come up with.
