I opened a store, sell the same type of items. For just opening I have sold a few and all have actually paid

Now, today I get this, a 0 FB buyer used the BIN. The invoice was sent. Didn't hear back, now 3 days later (that is in the ebay 'rules' whatever, for contacting each other within 3 days) I get an email. And this is exactly what it said:

I have decided not to purchase this item after seeing shipping cost.

Thank you,
Xxxxx Xxxxxxx

I use the calculated shipping, and to her, it would be exactly $5.75 that is with no handling fees. (2 lbs Priority to her zip)

I did write her back and linked the url to the non paying bidder and that I would have to file for credit back on non paying bidder.

THEN I have someone else, use BIN and writes:

Hi,
I'm sending a money order, and making sure that it come to $27.99 even. Thanks

That is the price of the item, the shipping is 4 pounds, also the calculated shipping, boots, they are a bit heavy.

I wrote her and told her she needed to add shipping to that.

Now, has anyone else got these kind of bidder/buyers?
They all have been (0) feedback and new.

Are you sending anyones invoice? If so maybe the shipping charges don't appear on that invoice.

But then again a 0 feedback buyer probably doesn't read and just bids. The only positive thing about it is if you file NPB against that buyer that is one strike against them and they only need, I think, 3 of them and they are gone. They have to have 3 from 3 different sellers. I wouldn't leave a feedback especially a negative because then they will come back with one for you. I only file NPB on them.

Doesn't sound to promising for sellers. I hope I can get my merchandise out before to many problems.

How is the DIL. Still no baby??

Libra, yes, they both got invoices.

And I don't think the shipping is high on what she bought, at least if I was buying it wouldn't be.. the other, I think is trying to just pay the $27.99 because the shipping is going to be $8.50-they are boots, and are heavy.

No, I won't give a negative. But after explaining to her, she may try and BIN again on the same thing and pay, so I blocked her. I will file the NPB for sure.

Jack! LOL! I opened it before I found out about the fee increase!! sorry...

And you do know its NOT 2 buck chuck up here in the Pacific NW, its THREE buck chuck! but we've been buying it regularly
