Anyone know what they call the cardboard or styrophome whatchmacallits that go on frame corners when packing are called? I need to purchase a plethora of them but can't figure out what they are called.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Hi,

They're called corner pads. My local packaging supply has corrugated white cardboard triangular ones in bundles of 50. Prices (for less than 100) range from $0.28 to $0.42.

They also sell cushioned corner pads that look like the corner of a box.

You might try Uline or one of the others.

Thanks all! It's bad enough trying to pack up a normal persons house but when you substitue "normal" for "photographer" it becomes a whole new type of adventure.
