Does anyone know offhand if Pfaltzgraff has outsourced its operations or has a plant in Mexico????
Have this piece with pfaltzgraff Mexico paper label,and first I've seen with this. I am suspicious of the blurry stamping on the bottom,but this had a department store sticker on it, so I don't know if this is a new thing with them? Do department stores sell fakes and people don't know it?

I have sold tons of Pfaltzgraff, and to the best of my knowledge, every piece of it was manufactured at their plant in York, PA. I find it hard to believe they would outsource to Mexico, but it's entirely possible. Until I knew better, I would treat it as a fake. Even if it is legit, it won't be worth any more than a fake if it's from Mexico.

Sparkz, the bottom stamping is way blurred, too, that has Pfaltzgraff Mexico on it, too.
It's two (supposed)Heritage Latte Tall Mugs.
..Was a thrift store impluse buy for me, but now that I think about it, Latte cups would be fairly new, right? - if they are in the line at all?...
LOL, great! I dont want them! Have so much clutter here myself! Just thought somebody might if they have this pattern & thought I'd put them on today...

DB - the plant has been the for awhile. According to a cached press release from the canadian Pfaltzgraff site, they also have plants in Asia and South America. As a general rule, conterfeiters generally do not rent their opperation space under the name of the company they are ripping off so I think you are probably safe.

oh, thanks for that info, fenix. I guess I'll go ahead and list them - cant be anything worst than anything else I list! lol!
oops didnt see that about the 5.96....lol!!I can meet that price, got em cheap. Sort feel like you lately, just want things outta here now. (Maybe make a buck or two on the shipping if anybody bites)
