Can I vent a moment here? Do you remember those Eames Acrylic Lucite Lamps I posted the pics of some time back? I had them listed at Christmas for $99.00 a piece and had not bidders. I figured I would relist them but never did until last week and I listed them at $9.99 a piece.
NOW questions are coming out of the woodwork. Are they in good shape? The first time somebody asked me that I said "They're in pretty good shape for $9.99, try getting a decent lamp at Walmart for that price". Ok, maybe I shouldn't of said that but that's how I feel.
Somebody else asks the same question. Do they have scratches and stuff on them. Somebody else wanted to know how much I'd take for the pair of them.
Shipping on each lamp is at $20.00. So somebody asks will I take $40. - no..make that $45.00 for the pair and throw in the shipping free. So..she wants them for $5.00.
Have I made a major mistake starting them out too cheap? Should I just end the frigging auction and start them over with a fair BIN price on them?
I just realized that I deleted some of the photos for one lamp that nobody had looked at since December so that answers my question. Nobody looks at the bigger pictures.

I'll give you $50 for the pair if you throw in shipping....
It's hard when you know the value of an item and only the idiots come out of the woodwork. I'd add a BIN price of near what you should get for them. At least the idiots will know YOU know they're worth it.
