Many emails I have sent and replies to this buyer all come back failed. I contacted ebay and the number they gave me says "cannot complete call as dialed" so I called information and they say they have "no such person listed in that area". How can this be, she has 100% good feedback. I am at a loss as to how to contact her, I even tried through the auction. Any help would so greatly be appreciated. I,m beginning to think I,m going crazy!!!

Report her to eBay for having invalid contact info. She will contact you tomorrow.

I've had this exact same problem on 3 occasions lately. I reported them to Ebay as having invalid contact info. Ebay has done nothing yet, and I filed for fvf on 2 of them. The problem is, they move and change ISP's and phone numbers and never update with Ebay. Ebay can't contact them either. Two of my bidders tried to contact me through the "question about shipping" link, but Ebay does not show the email address they sent the message fron. Instead, anything that comes through their servers shows the invalid email address as the return addy, making it impossible to reply to them. I'm still holding up on the third one until I can file an NPB. If they would only show the email address that the inquiry comes from,95% of these problems could be resolved.

You could leave a neutral feedback asking the person to e-mail you with a valid phone number -or whatever else you want to say to them.

I know some would say it's a misuse of feedback - but people do generally read their own feedback.

How long has it been since the close of the auction? Many bidders know that they have bad contact info and will be incontact with you directly. Do you post your e-mail address within your auctions? If not, you should. That way when this happens, at least your buyer can contact you directly and not through the screwed up ebay contact a member system.
