I logged onto my Dazzle account today and was told I had to upgrade to the 205 software. So I did.

And now I can't connect to Endicia. It tells me my internet connetion (which is cable modem) is not configured properly and that I can't connect until that is rectified.

I'm always connected to the internet. I was able to log on and do postage 2 days ago but now that it's upgrade it doesn't work?

I called them but haven't gotten a call back yet. I leave for work in an hour and wanted to get this postage printed so I could get everything shipped.

Why does this happen and how do I resolve it?

Thanks if you can help!

Hi,

I got that message as well when I first up-dated.

However, I knew I WAS connected to the internet (dsl always connected) so I just ignored the message and went in and did my postage.

It printed it all just fine.

So, maybe just go in and try to print postage anyway. It may work for you too.

This error won't even let me connect. I can't print postage because I can't connect.

I can't even talk to them on the phone now until next WEDNESDAY whcih is the next day I'll be home in the a.m. to talk to them

XP has really made things a lot more difficult for me. I'm sure this is related to that somehow.

helga helga helga

I upgraded with XP and no problem.

I think you must of missed a popup where XPsp2 said it needed to link to the website or something.

Turn off your firewall and disable the popup blocker and try again maybe?

Or - roll back (restore) to an earlier point before the upgrade?
