When browsing eBay, I came across some auctions that looked exactly like mine. When I looked closer, I found out they were - in a way. This person bought 7 items from me - all vintage and unique. She put up all 7 items and listed them at the same starting bid I use (I use a weird amount). The titles are exactly the same as what I used and her pictures, although her own, are taken in the same way I do mine. If you saw one of my auctions and hers, you'd think they were the same. I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

I had a customer of mine take one of my pics off my Ebay store homepage and cutout the center object. She used that pic in her logo, her template, on her website, on her business cards, etc.
It irks me everytime I see her auctions because all I can see is MY picture. I told Ebay but because I wasn't reporting the pic taken from an auction, they said they couldn't do anything so I live with it.

kraft -- I know how you feel! I have a couple of sellers in my category that are such copycats! Everything that I do, they follow up with. It's very annoying.
Wendy -- That would really make me spit nails! Have you tried to VERO her auctions? I think that because she is using your image on her templates that you can have it VERO'd. Try watermarking all of your images. It really does cut down on theft. Since I started watermarking all of my images, on only of couple of instances (in a year) have my images been stolen.
