Looks like either one of the Campbells Soup Twins, or the evil social director of the RNC!

Hello yourbigstore, you might want to try the ebay community board under dolls. They are very helful and knowledgeable over there. I seem to rememeber that head/hairstyle from somewhere, but I cannot recall it at the moment to give you an ideas, sorry.

Personally, I think it be a MUNCHKIN from OZ?
I meet the MAYOR at the METHUEN MALL -- gosh, he sure was small!

I know I know!
It's the Swing and Sway Doll. Her name is Bobbie May.
She was created by Karoff and produced by the Wondercraft Company. Some doll collectors call her Debbie and some remember her being associated with the Sammy Kaye Big Band radio show.

Another seller had one on here a few months ago, but it wasn't in as good condition. I wonder what the seller got for it?

The seller didn't get any bids on it - which is how I know who the doll is. It was ltray but she's already taken her pictures down.
You might can google it.

It was me and I couldn't even get a $35 bid on it. I have seen 2 others listed in the last 6 months. Each of them ran multiple times and they did not sell. I ran mine 3 times with various price ranges and had very few lookers and zero bidders. Just save a search for "swing sway doll" and Ebay will email when one is listed.
Perhaps you will have better luck than I did.
GG's description was directly from my auction.
One of the other auctions even had the original box-top. go figure. It is a cute doll, but I guess not many collectors out there.
