Seems like whenever I post a question over at the Vendio Services Message area, it takes a very looooooooooong time for them to answer - hours, even days to respond! Used to be (when it was free - I've been using AW/Vendio since 1998), that the reps would literally get back to you within minutes. Are they too busy on the phones or what? I asked a question on the "Sales Manager Merchandising Edition and Image Hosting" area and nobody is answering. Hello, hello, anybody home? I'm stuck with some of my auctions and can't proceed until they assist.
But I must say...I always get responses over here and I thank all of you for any assistance you've provided. Maybe they are relying on the seasoned Vendio users (and tomwii of course) to help and answer questions so they don't have to.
