A new eBayer bids on a purse and wins it. She turns around and bids on the same purse (different color) from another eBayer and wins it with BIN. Same day. Mine ended one hour earlier without BIN. The other one is paid almost immediately. I am not. Granted, mine was more expensive, but if she would pay attention to the auction it was also the larger version of the same item. The other seller's item was also misrepresented as being leather. I know for a fact these are not real leather. So, what are the chances I will be paid? Probably nil.
Another newbie that will probably end up with a strike, a negative and on the blocked bidder list. No more am I letting them just pass. I'm sticking to my TOS strictly. No response to the WBN within three days? File a UID. Negative feedback is not optional. It is a must. I've about had it with bidders who think they can just arbitrarily change their minds and put you on ignore. Maybe the UID will grab her attention. Maybe not. The fees on this item were not pennies and I intend to get them back.
Thanks for letting me vent on this awfully cold and snowing April morning. I've about had it with that, too!
Edited to add: I believe the seller got it from the same supplier I use. If so, she made a whole $5.00 on the item. Well, not even that with the fees. I guess I can take comfort in knowing that she sold something and made absolutely no money on it. Less than a $5.00 profit on an item that cost $13 wholesale, wouldn't be worth my time to list it.

Woaw winter is hanging on there!
I've your kind of bidder. These days its the greatest thing if they pay at all!
I have one bidder/buyer, who also happens to be a Power Seller. She told me over 2 weeks ago, that she'd pay by Wed, I said 'fine' then it came and went with nothing, I get another email on Sat the day before Easter telling me that the banks were closed on Good Friday? (I didn't know they did that, I know they close the Stock Exchange, but banks?? ) and she would pay the following Wed, and here it is 2+ weeks, and nothing. I looked her up finally, and she insists on PayPal payment within 48-72 hours
And her total is well over $100 she used the BIN of 4 items, and I gave her a break on shipping, as soon as she used the BIN.

I hate when this happens. I filed a NPB on a guy who came right out and said he would not pay me because the items I was selling was not an original. I never said it was, all he had to do is search and see about four other sellers selling the same thing.
Then he gets upset with me for filing a NPB. BS! Why should I give Ebay my fees up for nothing?

Cheryl, I am taking the same attitude on these issues. People are getting bad about bidding on auctions and then saying well your terms don't suit me,sorry for the inconvenience. And if they pay by mail, the payment is moldy by the time you get it. Its not easy to sell on E-Bay anymore.

Am I missing something here or are you complaining about somebody not paying you who has just one your auction?...Seems they do have some time to pay you don't they?...
They bid on identical purse from someone else for a bit less money. The other purse ended after mine and has already been paid for. So, you tell me, what are the odds that I will be paid? BTW, they bid on one that is identical to the one they won from me and one that is a different color.
