Do you mean Turbo-lister or the Vendio Sales Manager Pro? I didn't know you had tokens for TL - if it's Vendio there was this announcement awhile back:
IMPORTANT Notice about Expiring eBay Authorization Tokens!
X00385
Vendio is currently sending e-mail notifications to customers with expiring eBay authorization tokens, which are used to connect your eBay account to your Vendio services without the need to store eBay passwords. The email provides instructions to update your eBay token by logging into eBay through the Vendio Web site.
We know some unscrupulous individuals send fraudulent e-mails directing you to bad web sites, so you will note that our legitimate e-mail will not include any clickable links. They will simply provide instructions to go to the Vendio site and log in as you normally would before completing the required steps outlined in the e-mail. This process ensures the security of your information transfer. If you receive an e-mail with a link to the Vendio site, it's not legitimate.
eBay authorization token links your eBay account to your Vendio account and allows us to launch listings, attach Vendio Galleries, and collect information for you on your active and completed listings. We need to have a current token on file in order to provide you with uninterrupted service. The tokens expire periodically (or when you change your eBay password) for your security and need to updated at Vendio at these times. If the token expires, Vendio will no longer be able to perform actions at eBay on your behalf. For example, we will no longer be able to launch listings from Vendio to eBay or insert your Vendio Gallery in your active listings.
You will receive an e-mail from us in advance of your token expiring to avoid these service interruptions. As an added assurance, you should also add vendio.com to your approved senders list in the e-mail account you use to receive important information from Vendio.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE VENDIO WILL NEVER CALL TO REQUEST PASSWORD RELATED INFORMATION UNLESS YOU FIRST REQUESTED THE CALL. IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE FROM VENDIO AND REQUESTING PASSWORD INFORMATION, YELL AT THEM BRIEFLY, HANG UP, AND SEND AN E-MAIL TO LET US KNOW YOU WERE CONTACTED.
