Do you know that you don't get charged fees on GTC listings until you end the items? I ended a bunch and saw fees and didn't understand them.

Per vendio billing they were for sold items from a long time ago. Many of the fees were for sales from Last year.

I emailed and asked for location on vendio where it is stated so I know for the future.

Thought I would give you a heads up.

Kelley ... how much did vendio charge for ending each GTC listing? ... and how in the world can it be a FVF if it wasnt "purchased/sold" ...

Please let me know how this turns out.

Thanks! --- Marcia

They charged the same fees they normally do for auction items. Check you statements for if you have store haves that are set up as good till cancelled listings no FVF have been ever charged on items you have sold through those listings. Per vendio right now they will not be charged until you end the listings for good.

you say: "no FVF have been ever charged on items you have sold through those listings. Per vendio right now they will not be charged until you end the listings for good."
-----

But I think they do not take a "FVF" since it is NOT "sold" (simply "ended".

Do you mean a "listing Fee' instead of FVF? Or are these "dutch" listings with multiple quantities and the FVF for the whole thing is charged when you end the listing?

My store items are all GTC and the FVF appear on my statement along with auctions (no catch-up). I am on the Variable Power Plan so I do not pay listing fees.

Per vendio store items with multiple quanitities that are GTC do not have FVF charged on quantity sold until listing is ended for good.

Below I have copied and pasted the messages from vendio.

The way GTC items work is that you will not be charged any FVFs until you close the items. If you check back on your statements, you will not find any charges for these items until you cancel the
listings. We have checked, and in all cases there was a sale - we just
didn't apply the fee until after the listing closed.

I replied:
Hi! So you are saying I am never charged FVF on store good till
cancelled listings until I decide to end them? That could really add up
in the long run.

Where is that stated on vendio?

Vendio replied:
Dear Kelley,

There is nothing on our site that I know of that states a specific
timeframe for application of FVFs. The fees have not been charged and
have not eaten into your costs up until now. The GTC format
unfortunately makes it difficult for our billing system to detect when a
"child" item is purchased. We are evaluating whether there is any way
we can work around the limitations of this listing format.
