Has something changed with the pictures. Today I have listed an item and 7324687024 on ebay and the vendio system did not crop the picture size. So it is taking forever for pictures to load.
Any one else have this problem

I haven't posted a new list yet today...but I just experienced this same thing when I did the "preview" button (which is why I came here...looking to see if it's a system-wide problem). I have DSL but long ago selected the faster loading option (with supersize link) for my listings because many folks still use dial-up. Not a good sign if it's dragging this badly for someone WITH DSL. What's up, Vendio???

Go to your account and click on global preferences and see if you have this checked.

Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation. It is about 3/4 down the page.

If you don't then you should check if, if you do then I don't know the answer sorry.

Thank you for the suggestion...but been there, done that...checked everything (both on Vendio and eBay). Everything is as I had it previously set. Guess I won't list anymore today until I find out what's going on. I did go ahead and post the one I was working on (that showed up "supersize" when I did the preview option)...and sure enough, that's how it posted on eBay (item #4997398689). *sigh* Thanks again!

If you are resizing your original pics as well as cropping you won't have a problem. I resize mine to 600X450 & they download just fine.

I've been using Vendio, quite happily, for about six months. (I've been on eBay for three years.) I didn't change anything at all...including the photos. I have an eBay store...and I run auctions. What I posted in auctions today (two) were the same !@#$!@$ photos I already have in my store listings...using Vendio's reduced upload option. They're just fine in my store. I didn't change anything at all. Nuttin'. Zip. Nada. I've hunted all OVER the place, trying to figure out what the problem is...lost an entire day. There has to be something goofy going on with eBay/Vendio (or the two "talking" to each other). I guess I'll just keep checkin' back and hopefully somebody will get it fixed. Otherwise, everything I post is an automatic supersize...and that just won't do for the dial-up folks. (I crop and resize every photo I use. My standard photo size is 800 by something or other. I need that "high" because I need the detail.) Thanks again,

After I posted I went to the Image Hosting thread and I see Vendio was having problems.

Here is the thread.

It seems like they did some tweeking and it didn't go right but I see now it might be fixed. Sorry for misleading you guys. I hope things are better for you.
