Thanks for your thoughts so far ... at first I thought carnation too, because of the jaggedy edge of the petals, but the 'open' flower on the lower left ruled out the carnation "look" to me ...... may BE poppies ...
ROFL! ... edit to correct my 'poopies' spelling.

I think it's a peony. Asian art often depicts peonies this way I think.

Poopies, for sure (or, preferably, poppies). The leaves are poppy leaves. There are fringed poppies as well as plain ones out there.

ROFL ! I looked at the pretty flowers early this morning and the flower on the top picture ,left hand side looked like it had teeth lol so I packed my peanuts up (the peanut gallery) and didn't say anything but I see someone let them out cause I almost spit my soda over Tom and parklane64 .Ya really milked that one ...lol !! Good one !! You guys are to funny.
