I receive many emails from bidders via "message from eBay member". My issue with this system is that I don't have proof of the response I make. I try to remember to avoid the ebay system now because I can click respond on my email system and it will give me the sellers email address automatically (something that ebay's system won't do), but occassionally I forget and of course, that is the one that I need proof that I did respond.
Is there a way to access all of the communication via ebay's system similar to how disputes are done?

Why bother with the screwed up ebay system. Simply tell your e-mail program to save your sent e-mails. Then you have it when you need it. Then delete them once they are not needed any longer.
