I have been trying to figure out which is better.. the ebay store or the vendio store. I can't quite seem to find the answers I need. Maybe someone out there can lend a helping hand of advice for me! I find it difficult enough to have ebay buyers find your eBay store .. and the cost is not exactly what I like either (the rise to $15...) Am I mistake that a Vendio store would be even more difficult for a buyer to find? BIN items in a Vendio store would not come up in an eBay search, or would they? My bottom line is I am trying to find the least expensive way to list BIN items without the huge insertion fees and I would like lengthy listings (30 days is a nice length of time) *BUT* my concern is "how is the buyer going to find my BIN items easily". Thanks for any help and advice you can provide!

personally, from a buying standpoint, i find vendio stores hard to navigate and have never bought anything from one of them. the ebay store does quite well for me. i think the $15 a month is actually a small price to pay, for the exposure. http://stores.ebay.com/postcardspostcards
It depends on what you sell, but there are advantages in having both. The Vendio store is free and with persistence can develop a nice following of customers. I've had mine for several years and have a following of customers that continue to buy from my Vendio Store. You need to include the "see all my items" store icon in your auctions to drive people there. I also use it for other reasons. It is a nice means of managing your scans at Vendio. Why pay for scans no longer needed. If you put your current stock in a V Store every 90 days the sold item scans are automatically deleted. Vendio Stores also are nice if you have a WWW and want a nice ecommerce site with a shopping cart. Ebay stores are expensive and you end up dumping lots of profit in them, but they certainly have the higher volume of sales. If you sell the same items over and over then its definitely best to have both. Chuck
