Hi:
I have an item up right now that has quite a few bids.
A couple bidders have forwarded me an E-mail they received from someone else selling the same item.
They are offering it to my bidders at about 50% of what mine is selling for and also offering free shipping.
Is this reportable & if so where do I report it.
I have been searching the help board to no avail.

Yes, this is called "auction interference". Unfortunately, I can't find the link for you to report it. I'm sure someone will be along shortly with the link.

HOw can the other seller contact the bidder? I thought that Ebay has changed the ability of other sellers to contact other seller's bidders.

If you click on a user ID it will take you to a page that gives info like, feedback, when they signed on and there is a contact link.
It's through Ebay like: ask seller a question.
