just saw astory on the news about a woman who received a damaged collectible and tried to use paypal's 'insurnace'. bottom line; she got nothing. she was forced to get an estimate and after weeks of waiting was told that the claim was closed and didn't get any insurnace claim at all.
I've always felt that PAYPAL's insurance was worthless. anyone have a positive experience?

I've been woth PayPal since 1999, and I've never heard of any such program as PayPal "insurance"...
I've heard of: "Buyer Protection Program"
...and:
"Money Back Quarantee Program"
...but never any "insurance"
???
