I see my dispute at the dispute center and it says the item is eligible to get a FVF refund but I don't see any way to do it.

VERY CAREFULLY, tiptoe through the options - make sure you don't click the first choice on a 3-choice screen. that one will indicate that everyone's happy now. you won't get your FVF. it's the default choice. click the choice that says you no longer wish to communicate with the buyer.

Click on the view dispute link.
Then click the close dispute link.
Now you need to be careful. There are three boxes you can check. Ebay defaults it to that you have agreed to complete the transaction. You need to click the I don't wish to wait for this buyer to pay. Then you will get your refund.

Make absolutely sure that all three choices are showing and that when you click the choice that you no longer wish to wait, that the check mark sticks. We had a thread on this a couple days ago. If the check mark will not change to the reason of your choice, back out and try again tomorrow. Be sure to clear your cache and reboot before you try. Ebay hates to refund fees, and they have stacked the deck hoping you will do the wrong thing and they'll get to keep the fees and you'll get screwed. And they won't give you a second chance to do it correctly.
