I have 2 questions and hope someone can help me out

What does DOF mean when it is in a crystal glassware listing?

And has anyone ever shipped to Spain and any problems?

I can't help you out with the meaning of DOF and the glassware.

I have shipped to Spain via USPS and in my opinion it ranks with Italy. Its a crap shoot if your item is delivered in 2 weeks or 2 months regardless of how you send it. Having said that... it does get delivered eventually.

If you use UPS or FedEx there is online tracking but its more expensive. I have always shipped however the buyer wants for their comfort level and what they are willing to pay for.

Double Old Fashioned. Refers to size.

Spain: One or two transactions over the years, both of which were smooth and prompt, global priority fixed envelope.
