I have recently started using Vendio Combined Shipping with entering item weights, etc. I have been using the "combine shipping" for completed sales in the past and have had no problems.

But, today I had a buyer get her "invoice" from Vendio and the shipping was blank. I went into the invoice to take a look and it was there. I also had checked the correct box which states to use the shipping and handling listed below.

Anyone else had this problem? What could I be doing wrong. Thanks

so maybe one of vendio's customer service people can help you figure it out.
