I can't find a way to change the Shipping & Payment option on my store page. I have tried all the headings, and nothing comes up to change it. I recently changed my payment options, and I need to get it changed. I have managed it on the invoices etc. on my regular auctions, but is hasnt' changed it on my Store page.

When you go to Manage My Store, just click on Manage Subscription and then to my account and you should be able to take care of it there.

Thanks, I have tried, but I still can't find anywhere that I can change the information in the Shipping and Payment box on my store page.

Are you asking where you change it in Vendio?
Or Ebay? It seems that there are about 4 places you could have shipping information.
For Ebay:
Go to Manage my Store
Under Store Design choose: Custom Pages
When the custom pages come up you will see a pull down window by each one. One of the choices is EDIT.
Then you can edit your policies.
For Vendio:
Click on My Account
There is a place to change your custom listing text under Sales Manager.
There is also a place to change shipping info when you click on ebay under the Site specifics area.

Beth: I am trying to change it on eBay. I have changed it on Vendio, and now my "Sell your item form" and invoices have the changes, it's getting the change on my eBay store that I just can't get. I followed your instructions and got as far as Custom Pages, but the only option I am given is "Create new page", there are no pull down windows, I must be doing something wrong. I appreciate your help.
