I have seen this done, but don't know where to go. I want to end an auction early with the current high bidder as the winner. Where do I find it??

why not let the auction run to the end? every time a buyer wanted me to end an auction early and sell to them, the item went for more than what they offered to pay. always. a number of other people have mentioned that over time as well.

that said, the link to end early is:
http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?EndingMyAuction good luck with it.

Be very careful when you do this. The last time I had to nuke an auction, the default was to cancel all bids before ending it. You do not want this. You want to make sure the present high bidder's bid shows as the winner. Pay close attention to all the info on the page that comes up and check or uncheck the appropriate bid cancellation box. Unless this is a good customer that you want to offer a special deal to, I agree with Vintage, let it ride to the end.

your best bet is to add a buy it now price you should be able to do this, but you may need to cancel the bidders first, try and check this out, at least your given every one a chance to win the item at this price your selling at, and first comes first served, and you don't upset too many people that way !1

Right on - ride, ride, ride. I get offers almost every day to end an auction and sell to a buyer. I never do it because almost always I get a higher bid in the end. But then, maybe you have your reasons................

I wish I had taken an offer last week - listed 4 sterling overlay perfumes. Received an offer of $480 for all 4, would have been a nice return on $135, but decided to let it ride - ended up selling for $360 total. This time of year, it may not be a bad thing to accept an offer to move items.

You can't add a BIN after you have a bid and canceling the bids first doesn't work either. Ebay won't allow you to revise either way.
