Hello,
This a new one for me! Don't look to be such a good idea judging by feedback.

Comments?

It seems that the seller only does live auctions, so it at least makes some (albeit limited) sense.

I LIKE that 20% BUYER Premium idea!!!! YES!!!! I can't WAIT to get an auction up and stick in the 20% in the payment sction at the BOTTOM of the auction page. Hey, If he cn do it, so can I?

jack, only online "live" auction houses that allow the ebay biddings are allowed to charge a buyer's premium on their auctions.

If you try to do it on one of your auctions, ebay will close it down (if they catch it, or it is reported).

High Bid: LiveAuctionFloorBidder

Even if you win a Live Auction auction, you still haven't won a Live Auction auction.

cuz you were too fast on YOUR stick! LOL.

by the way, I say this, from the voice of experience, ... it was one high ticket item, I felt compelled to try that 'buyers premium' wording on'.... 5 days into the 7 day auction, and numerous bids; ZAP!

and no, I don't think that's fair. we ought to be able to clearly state our "terms", and if the bidders don't like, don't bid.

that's right Jack ... also, once in a great while when we have a real special item for ebay, makes me want to use the 19.95 featured auction option, and i'll state $20 handling plus estimated shipping/insurance, to sort of pay for the 'featured auction' option. .... lol ... that works too ... have done that maybe half dozen times in as many years, and no balkers.

What the He-- is a live auction? I am not dead (don't think) Like you all I look at my auctions (when I have any) daily.

I guess the Ebay world has passed me by. (Likely just as well!)
