I just had a buyer who wasn't happy with the qualityn of his buy. I am going to refund his payment rather than a hasstle with PayPal. Can I get my FVF back?? I know its not a lot, but what the hey 2 bits is 2 bits.

Sure you can. Just select the option that you both mutually agreed to not complete the transaction and you will get the fvf back without a strike against the buyer. Tell the buyer what you are planning to do, because Ebay will ask him to verify that this is a mutual agreement before they refund. Be sure to explain that it will not leave a bad mark on his record.

Make sure you mark the selection that the buyer returned the item.
